You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send back your item(s).

5. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund, depending on the reason for the return.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

7. Exchanges
